ROM-Recover
Cycling on a home trainer without resistance can accelerate recovery after knee or ACL ligament surgery, as well as after leg or knee prosthetic procedures.
The ROM-Recover allows you to actively adjust your range of motion. With a minimal bend of 70 degrees, you can complete a full pedal rotation. The advantage of this solution is that while the leg extension remains normal, your knee bends less to achieve a complete pedal rotation.
The ROM-Recover is adjustable from 70 to 110 degrees as your recovery progresses.

Make the full pedal rotation immediately after surgery
With the ROM-Recover, you can begin your rehabilitation almost immediately on your home trainer.
The ROM-Recover helps you maintain the correct cycling position, including proper saddle height and positioning with the balls of your feet firmly on the pedals. This is crucial for preventing joint overexertion and allowing for comfortable, relaxed cycling during your recovery.
The ROM-Recover is sometimes confused with a crank shortener (adjustable pedal). Unlike the crank shortener, which reduces the required leg extension, the ROM-Recover maintains a full leg extension while adjusting the knee bend.
Installation
- The ROM-Recover fits all home trainers and is easy to install yourself. Simply attach the solution to the existing crank of your home trainer.
- To ensure proper installation, please provide us with the brand and model of your home trainer. This information will help us determine if an additional pedal is needed.

Rent
If you anticipate needing the ROM-Recover for only a short period, renting it is the best option.
You can rent the ROM-Recover for either your left leg (ROM-Recover, left) or your right leg (ROM-Recover, right).
