• The ROM-Mobile is compatible only with electric bicycles that have a central motor.
• To install the ROM-Mobile, you need to remove the existing crank (pedal arm) from one side of your bike.
• This requires a crank puller to detach the crank from the axle. We recommend having this done at a bicycle repair shop. Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment with us, and we will handle the installation for you.
• Since there are various types of crank connectors for central motors (e.g., ISIS, BNI, JIS), please provide us with the brand and model of your central motor to ensure proper compatibility.
