Do you want to incorporate your home trainer into your rehabilitation plan?
Cycling on a home trainer helps speed up recovery after knee, or ligament (e.g. ACL) surgery. The Range of Motion-Recovery (ROM-Recovery) allows you to adjust your training to the increasing range of motion in your knee. With a 70 degree flex/bend the complete rotation can already be made. The ROM-Recovery covers the range of motion from 70 to 110 degrees.
The ROM-Recovery can easily be installed on your home trainer. Should you want a solution for both your home trainer and your (electric) cycle, the Range of Motion-Flex (ROM-Flex) is our suggested solution.
You want to rehabilitate with your home trainer and remain mobile on your (electric) cycle?
The Range of Motion-Flex (ROM-Flex) has been designed to do just that. The ROM-Flex works in the same way as the ROM-Recovery. The difference is that it can be installed on both home trainer and (electric) cycle. This gives you additional mobility during your recovery. Should your range of motion remain permanently limited, the ROM-Flex can be permanently installed on the (electric) cycle.
